LCO wants to prove that our Cats and Dogs 119 can demonstrate that Taiwan is a city that "care for living creatures, rescue animals, care for the disadvantaged". We want to build an animal-friendly image for the city, and promote " adoption over purchase" "neutering opposed to killing "!
